Homosexuality And Sexual Immorality

Because we love every human soul, Christians are obligated to speak the truth concerning all matters.  The Bible strongly condemns the practice of homosexuality.  Leviticus 18:22 reads, "You shall not lie with mankind as with womankind:  it is an abomination."  Paul wrote in Romans 1:26-27.  "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections:  for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet."

Condemning the practice of homosexuality is certainly not an indication that one hates the homosexual.  It is because Christians love all people that we are fully convicted that we must never withhold Biblical truth - no matter what society might dictate.  Our plea is for all people to be obedient to God's word, including the practicing homosexual.  "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."  (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

Any and all Sexual immorality is strongly condemned in the word of God.  We must all live according to the sexual restrictions contained within the pages of God's Book.  All are under obligation to live as the Bible teaches.  Any activity not biblically permitted, such as sex outside of the marriage bond, is a sin and unacceptable to God.
